Tarniaconti.com designs, manufactures, and installs industrial conveyor furnace lines, batch annealing ovens, and automated cooling chambers. We also provide on-site commissioning, calibration, and metallurgical process optimization. All equipment is built to the specifications agreed upon in the purchase contract. No implied warranties beyond those explicitly stated in the contract apply.
The client must provide a suitable installation site with adequate electrical supply, ventilation, and floor load capacity as specified in the technical datasheet. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or regulatory approvals for operation. Any modifications to the equipment after delivery must be approved in writing by Tarniaconti.com to maintain warranty validity.
Tarniaconti.com’s liability for any claim arising from the use of our equipment or services is limited to the purchase price of the specific product or service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including production downtime, lost profits, or metallurgical defects resulting from improper operation or unauthorized modifications. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
All equipment carries a 12-month warranty from the date of commissioning against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover consumable parts, damage caused by misuse, or failures resulting from inadequate maintenance. Returns are accepted only within 30 days of delivery for unmodified, unused equipment, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom-built furnaces and chambers are non-returnable.
All technical drawings, software, control algorithms, and documentation provided by Tarniaconti.com remain our intellectual property. The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the documentation for operating the equipment. Reverse engineering, copying, or redistributing our proprietary materials is prohibited.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with a revision, you must stop using our services and contact us to close your account.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Each party bears its own legal costs unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.
