Furnace line configurations

Each system is engineered for a specific production stage — from continuous strip annealing to batch alloy processing and post-anneal cooling. Choose the setup that matches your throughput and metallurgical requirements.

01

Continuous conveyor furnace line

Automated multi-zone heating with controlled atmosphere injection and integrated cooling section. Designed for high-volume annealing of steel strip and wire. Real-time process monitoring and automated load/unload reduce labor while maintaining uniform grain refinement across every coil.

02

Batch annealing oven

Programmable ramp/soak profiles with inert gas or hydrogen atmosphere options. Compact footprint fits into existing production lines. Temperature uniformity within ±5°C makes it suitable for tool steels, spring steels, and specialty alloys requiring tight microstructural control.

03

Controlled atmosphere cooling chamber

Post-anneal cooling with programmable rate control using forced convection and radiant panels. Atmosphere adjustable from pure nitrogen to hydrogen blends. Multi-stage cooling profiles prevent undesirable phase transformations and ensure consistent mechanical properties. Modular sizes integrate with conveyor and batch systems.
